Payment plans or recurring billing arrangements must be completed as agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. No Guarantee of Results

BornWinnerz Enterprises Incorporated does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to credit score increases, funding approval amounts, or tax refund amounts. All results depend on individual financial circumstances, cooperation, and external factors beyond our control.

6. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. All personal and financial information provided to us is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services, except as required by law or with your written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BornWinnerz Enterprises Incorporated, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.

8. Termination of Services

BornWinnerz reserves the right to terminate or refuse service at any time if:

The Client provides false or misleading information.

The Client engages in abusive, inappropriate, or fraudulent behavior.

Payment terms are violated.

Upon termination, any unpaid balances shall remain due and payable immediately.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising from this Agreement shall first attempt to be resolved amicably between both parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by BornWinnerz (including but not limited to training materials, templates, logos, and proprietary information) remain the intellectual property of BornWinnerz Enterprises Incorporated and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Amendments

BornWinnerz Enterprises Incorporated reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
